Join the Tamil Nadu IT Hostel & PG Owners Welfare Association

The association offers two types of membership to suit the needs of hostel and PG owners:

Ordinary Membership – Annual membership providing access to support, guidance, and representation.
Elite Membership – Lifetime membership with additional benefits and priority support.

  • Support in Local Body Issues: Guidance in handling inspections and administrative authorities.
  • License & Approval Assistance: Help obtaining licenses and approvals for legally running hostels and PGs.
  • Uniform Industry Representation: Collective discussions on rent, electricity, and operational matters for fairness.
  • Guidance on Holidays & Declarations: Assistance with government policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collective Strength & Protection: Security, confidence, and a strong collective voice as part of a registered association.
  • Eligibility: Men’s and Ladies’ hostel owners who comply with all association rules and mandatory standards.

Membership Fees

Ordinary Membership (Annual)

  • • Hostel owners shall pay ₹2,000 per year as the annual membership fee.
  • • The fee is applicable per branch.
  • • If a member operates multiple branches in different locations, a separate fee of ₹2,000 is required for each branch.
  • • If a member operates multiple branches within the same area, no additional fee is required.
  • • Annual membership must be renewed every year.

Elite Membership (Lifetime)

  • • Elite Membership is available with lifetime validity.
  • • The fee for Elite Membership is ₹20,000 per branch.
  • • Elite members receive long-term benefits and priority association support.
